Behavioral Data and AI Inform Dynamic Content Generation  + Selection

CVS can use Da Vinci and Studio together in batch campaigns to deliver individualized emails at scale.

In the mockup, Da Vinci selects the primary creative for each customer, serving a Valentine’s-focused story to Danielle and Extra Big deals-driven deals to Scott based on their data. Studio then populates the email in real time with live pricing, product recommendations, live rewards balance, store locations, reviews, and relevant coupons.

Together, AI decisioning chooses the right message while Studio activates the data, enabling CVS to scale personalization without added production effort.

Walgreens x Da Vinci

Walgreens leverages Da Vinci and Studio together in batch sends. Da Vinci selects the Main Story for each customer, choosing from 50+ different category creatives that rotate each Sun-Sat Ad Week. Studio populates various content blocks including loyalty banners, product grids, available offers and other behavioral and contextual elements.
