With new innovations across Movable Ink Studio and Da Vinci, 2024 has been all about moving the needle. Let’s dive into some of the year’s most exciting updates:

Enhanced and Expanded Partnerships

The leap from good to great marketing often lies in how effectively you leverage your existing tech stack. That’s why we prioritized expanding our partnerships and integrations this year with both Salesforce and Adobe, ultimately simplifying the process of connecting to your data sources to make integrations and setups easier than ever. We released innovations like: 

  • Integrations Across Salesforce Clouds: We launched new integrations with Salesforce Marketing, Data, and Commerce Clouds, enabling marketers to easily incorporate real-time Salesforce data when designing content in Studio. Da Vinci’s AI models can also be trained on Salesforce Marketing Cloud data to select creatives that drive lift in clicks, conversion, and revenue. 
  • Expanded Adobe Integrations: We announced a new integration between Da Vinci and Adobe Journey Optimizer allowing marketers to create highly personalized customer experiences, re-engage inactive customers, automate content based on evolving preferences, and gain insights to optimize marketing strategies. This joins our existing integrations between Studio and Adobe CDP, Target, and Commerce. 
  • Integrations Gallery for Studio: We simplified activating and managing partner integrations with the Integrations Gallery. From this gallery, browse, filter, and search through available integrations, and follow step-by-step instructions to set them up—no coding required.

The New Movable Ink Workflow 

As marketers, we get it—your time is precious. That’s why we refreshed our platform to make creating personalized content across all your channels—from email to mobile—easier and more effective, helping you launch with confidence and achieve even better results. Some highlights from this year’s product releases include: 

  • Tactics for Studio: We’ve created a brand new experience for designing content in Studio with Tactics. Rather than starting from scratch, select from an array of out-of-the-box content templates to quickly build, design, and launch use cases in Studio. 
  • Interactive In-App Messages for Studio: Uplevel mobile experiences with Studio’s new Interactive In-App Messages. Marketers can create end-to-end, dynamic HTML experiences directly within Studio, including live polls, product grids, scratch-offs, carousels, and more. Interactive In-App Messages also supports new use cases like animations and video backgrounds in mobile in-app messages.

AI Tools to Maximize Content Engagement 

Da Vinci is shaping the future of autonomous marketing, empowering marketers to deliver communications uniquely tailored to each individual. From curating customer-centric messages to optimizing subject lines and send times for peak engagement, it ensures every interaction feels personal and impactful.

  • Messaging and Creative IQs for Da Vinci: The Creative and Messaging IQs empower marketers to answer their most pressing questions, such as, "What do I talk to customers about?" and "When and how should I reach out to customers?" By leveraging AI, these IQ’s can optimize content delivery and refine messaging timing.
  • Creative-Level Performance Insights for Da Vinci: Use various self-service dashboards to understand how customers are responding to your messages. These dashboards will provide granular insights into both creative assets and customer needs such as which particular assets are driving lift and understanding how customers are responding to messages. 
  • Subject Line Generation and Prediction for Da Vinci: Leverage generative AI to create optimized subject lines based on customer’s historical data and brand guidelines. Marketers can approve, reject, or revise AI-generated suggestions. Da Vinci also leverages an advanced prediction model to pick the right subject line to send to the right customer, optimizing for both lift and revenue growth.

New Self-Service Reporting Features

We’ve simplified reporting and analytics, making it easy to access, interpret, and act on the results—helping you make smarter decisions for your customers and your programs. Major improvements to analytics include: 

  • Analytics Explorer for Studio: View how content is performing over time and across campaigns by creating detailed data visualizations with our newest reporting tool, Analytics Explorer. These visualizations can be customized based on parameters that are specific to your unique needs and objectives such as measuring conversions and revenue across various campaigns and date ranges. 
  • Report Recommender for Studio:  Reduce guesswork and spend less time navigating complex reports by leveraging our new AI-powered Report Recommender. Using natural language processing (NLP), our Report Recommender helps answer common reporting questions like "Which content block performs best?" or "Which generates the most revenue?" by immediately matching you with the report that contains your answer.
