Now, Da Vinci’s Agentic Campaigns handle personalized content, subject lines, send time, and frequency for every recipient. Campaigns operate within brand-set rules like quiet hours, frequency caps, and audience criteria, so marketers stay in control while AI drives performance. You can still schedule manual sends for moments that matter, like a product drop or major events. For everything else, Agentic Campaigns keep the engine running while delivering exponential results. 

Smarter AI Models, Better Results 

Performance lifts shouldn’t come with tradeoffs. That’s why we’ve upgraded the models behind Da Vinci’s AI decisioning engine. The Content Decisions model now supports short-lived dynamic content without the preview delay to deliver up to 25% higher revenue per send.Our Subject Line Generation and Prediction models have been upgraded, driving up to 15% more clicks and learning what resonates with audiences, all while staying true to your brand voice. The Frequency model helps cut send volume by up to 30% (while increasing, not hurting, performance!), reducing fatigue and unsubscribes.

More Strategic Insights and Visibility 

As Autonomous Marketing becomes more prevalent, marketing teams will shift from manual execution to providing strategic support—activating new insights to drive smarter, more personalized experiences at scale. That’s where Da Vinci’s new strategic insights come in. The new Creative Effectiveness Insights, for example, give brands the ability to easily analyze what content is or isn’t driving revenue and retention. Other exclusive insights, like Audience Benchmarks, make it easy to compare results across groups of customers.

Da Vinci now also supports Contact-Level Exports, which sends engagement data directly to a brand’s cloud data warehouse or customer data platform (CDP). This unlocks advanced analytics across the organization and fuels deeper insights.

Autonomous marketing means that marketers can scale personalization without the heavy manual lift. A new drag-and-drop editor supports live text, Studio assets, and brand styling, all in one place. Multilingual support makes it easy to build once and localize globally. And with the Brand Kit, teams can set logos, color schemes, tone guidelines, and default styles for consistency across channels, including Subject Line Generation, in every campaign.

Bring AI to Mobile 

Later this year, Da Vinci’s AI will power personalization across SMS, MMS, push, and rich push. That means brands can deliver consistent, high-performing messages across every mobile touchpoint, without adding to the team’s workload.

WhatsApp & RCS Now Personalized 

With billions of active users, WhatsApp is a critical global channel. Now marketers can bring personalized content to the channel by using open-time data to tailor every message through Studio. RCS is next. Tactics was first introduced at Think Summit 2024 and it has evolved fast. This self-serve feature is critical for Autonomous Marketing, since it gives marketers best-practice templates and guided workflows to quickly build, design, and launch personalized content in minutes. Recent updates support a growing list of use cases, from onboarding and upsell to loyalty and retention, while simplifying usage to reduce reliance on technical support. Built-in testing also helps teams measure performance lift with ease.

Guided Data Setup makes it even easier to get started. It automatically maps the data each Tactic needs, compares it to what’s available, and shows which use cases are ready to launch along with the ones that need a few more data points to unlock.

Once the required data is identified, marketers get step-by-step instructions to activate it using Studio’s Integration Gallery. With over 120 prebuilt integrations—including new integrations into Iterable, Emarsys, Klaviyo, Shopify, and custom APIs—connecting your tech stack has never been simpler.
