The past few weeks have brought unprecedented challenges to all of our communities and families, so above everything else, I hope this email finds you healthy and safe.
All of us at Movable Ink have been focused on supporting our clients as they shift to working from home, face significant impacts to their industries and have the difficult task of managing essential and fluid communications programs.
Over the past few weeks we’ve been inspired by how hard our clients have worked to update their customers on important updates, store closures, inventory delays and much more. To this end, today I’m proud to announce our effort to support the marketing community by making our Critical Messages App free for all of our clients to use through the end of the year for COVID-19 service messaging.
The Critical Messages App has become one of the most widely adopted Movable Ink use cases by our clients over the last month. The app is powered by a blank pixel placed in the template and is then activated as needed by the marketer to display the relevant message – even after the email has been deployed and is in the consumers’ inbox.
