We’re Making it Easier to Kickstart Personalization

We know that creating high-quality, personalized content can be time-consuming. That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to get started with Tactics. Instead of building content from scratch, marketers can choose a ready-made, best-practice template then follow a guided workflow to launch their use case in just a few steps—no technical expertise required.

First introduced in our Q3 2024 Product Announcement, Tactics continues to expand to help teams execute personalized content faster and at scale.

More Tactics for Email

To scale personalized email content, the expanded Tactics Gallery now includes high-impact use cases like countdown timers, scratch-offs, weather-based messaging, abandoned cart banners, and live polls. With more options at your fingertips, delivering personalized, dynamic content has never been easier.

We're Bringing Real-Time Personalization to WhatsApp

Dynamic, Personalized Experiences

Marketers need to meet customers where they are, and messaging apps are a critical part of the journey. Studio now offers support for WhatsApp, allowing you to transform static messages into dynamic, real-time experiences tailored to each customer at the moment they engage. Instead of one-size-fits-all messaging, you can now personalize WhatsApp content using data like location, weather, loyalty status, and product recommendations without any coding on your end. 

Setup is simple: once WhatsApp is enabled through your Mobile Service Provider (MSP), you can then build templates that incorporate Studio content. Like other mobile channels, Studio content in WhatsApp is powered by dynamic image URLs generated at the moment of impression.

With a two-step workflow, users can create Filter and Segment Type Audiences with distinct selections, improving efficiency and accuracy. Enhanced filtering and audience type identification ensure you can quickly find and manage the right segments, so you can execute personalized emails faster.

Simplified Access and Permissions

Managing users across your organization shouldn’t be a hassle. With Self-Service User Management, you can quickly invite users and manage access without submitting service requests, giving teams more flexibility and control. Whether you need to add new team members or adjust permissions, the streamlined interface makes it easy to keep everything organized.

Using both Da Vinci and Studio? A single login—via password or SSO—ensures a seamless experience across platforms. Plus, with expanding Roles & Permissions, organizations will have even more control over user access, making it easier to manage who can do what within the platform.
