MCP Acceptance
Combined Disclaimer for Client and Movable Ink Employee Use
Before using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to access the Movable Ink platform or authorize a Movable Ink employee to use the MCP on your behalf, please read and acknowledge the following:
1. Use at Your Own Risk
Accessing the Movable Ink platform through an MCP carries inherent risks associated with MCP technology generally. These include, but are not limited to, unexpected behavior, data errors, unintended actions taken on your account, and potential security considerations. By using the MCP, or by authorizing Movable Ink employees to use it on your behalf, you accept these risks and assume responsibility for actions taken through the MCP and their consequences.
2. Beta / Development Status
The Movable Ink MCP is still being tested and developed. It may contain bugs, produce unexpected results, or change in functionality without notice. It should not be treated as a fully stable or production-ready integration at this time. You acknowledge that all use of the MCP, whether by you or on your behalf, is subject to these limitations and should be approached with appropriate caution.
3. Your Authorization and Internal Approvals
You represent that you are authorized to give this consent on behalf of your organization. You are strongly encouraged to consult your legal and compliance teams before proceeding, to confirm that your organization’s policies permit (a) the use of MCP technology by your personnel to access third-party software platforms, and (b) Movable Ink personnel’s use of MCP technology to access your account and data. Different organizations have different rules around AI-assisted tools, data access, and automation, and you are responsible for ensuring that this use has been approved internally.
4. Scope of Authorization
Client Use: You may use the MCP to access and take actions in your Movable Ink account(s), subject to this consent.
Movable Ink Team Use: You authorize the designated Movable Ink employee(s) to use the MCP to access and take actions in the account(s) for the purpose of providing services to your account. You may revoke the authorization for Movable Ink Team Use at any time by notifying Movable Ink in writing. Any such revocation will apply going forward.
5. Multi-Account Users: Confirm the Correct Account
If you or your organization has access to more than one Movable Ink account, use caution before taking any action through the MCP. Always verify that you are operating in the correct target account before executing any commands, making changes, or retrieving data. For use by the Movable Ink team, you are responsible for clearly identifying the account(s) in which the Movable Ink employee is authorized to act. Mistakes made in the wrong account may cause unintended actions or changes that are difficult to reverse.
Acknowledgment
By checking off this box with “Approved,” you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understood this consent and disclaimer, (b) consent to your use of the Movable Ink MCP, and (c) authorize designated Movable Ink employees to use the Movable Ink MCP on your behalf, in each case as described above.
