Our Winning Combo: Vitamix x CrowdTwist x Movable Ink

Vitamix, the leading blender and blending equipment brand, seized the opportunity to combine Movable Ink with CrowdTwist–Oracle’s loyalty and engagement software. For Vitamix, the team was experiencing a decline in email engagement and realized they needed to change strategy to refocus their marketing efforts on retention. With the help of Oracle CrowdTwist, they launched a new rewards program, Vitamix Rewards, and turned to Movable Ink to power personalized and engaging loyalty email campaigns for their audience.

In their monthly recap email campaign, Movable Ink powered personalized messages with 1:1 content pulled directly from the Vitamix rewards portal, creating a personalized experience for each rewards member. In another campaign, Vitamix created an email with a scratch-off panel that revealed new loyalty program information. Resulting in almost 20,000 pre-registrations, this cemented email as the primary traffic driver for new member acquisition.
