April at Movable Ink was one for the books. Between in-person QBRs, the continuation of virtual events that bring the global community together, and the announcement of our unicorn status, we had plenty of reason to come together and celebrate.
Here’s a glimpse into how we filled our days last month:
In-Person QBRs
For the first time since the pandemic began, Inkers joined together for in-person QBRs at Movable Ink’s NYC and London offices. After working virtually for over two years, the opportunity to see each other face-to-face once again was priceless.

Out and About
Chatting over Slack and Zoom is great, but when push comes to shove, seeing your co-workers, clients, and partners in the flesh surpasses the seen-through-a-screen experience. That’s why taking time to wine and dine outside of the 9-5 business hours is so important to Inkers.

Earth Day Wreath Making
Movable Ink took the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful things this Earth has to offer with a DIY wreath-making class. Using moss and dried flowers, Inkers created wreaths worthy of being displayed in a floral shop.

North London Cares
London Inkers took time to volunteer at North London Cares, an organization that tackles loneliness and isolation across Camden and Islington by bringing neighbors of all ages together. This was a heartwarming experience for everyone involved!
