Movable Ink and Stensul Announce Strategic Partnership and Integration

Movable Ink is excited to announce a new strategic partnership with the New York-based software firm Stensul. The world’s leading consumer brands can now quickly integrate Movable Ink’s data visualization and personalization capabilities within the Stensul Email Creation Platform. The partnership will allow marketers to easily retrieve and add Movable Ink code into promotional emails being created, previewed, and approved in Stensul without ever having to touch raw code.

“As consumer behavior continues to evolve rapidly, marketers around the world are prioritizing two things: building more personalized customer experiences and driving production efficiencies,” said Adam Stambleck, Movable Ink’s President and Chief Client Officer. “We’re excited to partner with Stensul to do just that while delivering better customer experiences and stronger marketing performance across every customer touchpoint.”

The partnership will allow brands such as the Milwaukee Bucks, who have been using Movable Ink and Stensul separately, to save valuable time. Before the integration, marketers would manually copy and paste Movable Ink code into Stensul before ever rendering tests that were necessary before email deployment.

“The pandemic forced us to pivot how and what we marketed to our fans,” said Ben Conrad, the Bucks’ Vice President, Digital Marketing & Automation. “Our email efforts went from a focus on ticket sales to other revenue streams, like team merchandise as well as fan engagement initiatives. The shift also drove an increase in the number and frequency of emails sent to subscribers, levels that have grown even higher since play resumed for the Bucks.”

The new integration means that Conrad’s team of marketers are building emails with Movable Ink’s code 25% faster than before Movable Ink and Stensul were directly linked. The Bucks can now quickly tailor marketer emails directly to the needs of each individual fan–from pregame to the final buzzer–while saving time that can be directed toward more creative strategic vision.
