With Mother’s Day just around the corner, Movable Ink would like to celebrate those in our company who express motherly love. From Inkers with children to those who are mother figures in their community, we thank you for leading with compassion, intelligence, and dedication at work and beyond.
We’d like to especially highlight Movable Moms, a branch of the Movable Pink ERG. This group of fellow working moms support and empower each other to more effectively meet the needs of their personal and professional lives.
What is this group up to? They bond through virtual lunches, share resources and advice with one another, and plan internal events to both educate and support all working parents. Movable Moms aims to encourage and nurture determination, drive, compassion, mentorship, and what it means to bring your “whole” self to work. In this community, sharing uplifting experiences of mothering – whether that be with kids, friends, colleagues, or other family members – is the core of this group.
