Inkredible Marketer Pride Month Spotlight: Rich-Allen Page

On this special Pride edition of Ink Tank, Rich Allen-Page, Audible’s Director of Outbound Marketing Strategy, shares his experience as a marketing leader and how he has become an influential member of the digital marketing world. Rich has fostered a rewarding career at some of the largest companies in the world, while simultaneously embracing his identity and inclusion in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Rich chats with Alison Lindland, Movable Ink’s VP of Strategy, about his time at blue-chip brands such as American Express and his personal and professional development along the way. The two take a look under the hood and discuss how Rich builds and leads his team at Audible. They also talk about the importance of community connection in and out of the workplace. In his professional journey as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Rich shares the advice he could give to his younger self and how his environment has positioned him to flourish as a transformational leader. 

Rich’s advice to marketers looking to find their fit:

“I look for places where I can be myself. You should go where you want to go and where you feel accepted. Don’t go places because you feel like that’s where your career is taking you.”
