That’s why StreetEasy, New York City’s leading local real estate marketplace, wanted their Neighborhood Spotlight email to make navigating the market a whole lot easier, and we’re proud to say the spotlight is a finalist for the OMMA Award for best email.

StreetEasy partnered up with Movable Ink to make sure their emails provide relevant & personalized content that updates in real-time and adapts to each subscriber at the moment of open. Since prices change so often and vary by neighborhood, they needed a scalable way to make sure each user received listings and content that was tailored to their preferences and budget. So, they used Movable Ink’s web crop capability to power dynamic content that changes to reflect each user’s preferred neighborhood.
The email’s modules are targeted by neighborhood preference and pull content directly from StreetEasy’s available listings and neighborhood guides. So, their team can serve up as many different variations as necessary, all from a single template.
