(Re)Think is Movable Ink’s first-ever virtual conference – and it’s 100% free to attend. (Re)Think aims to help digital marketing leaders and practitioners tackle the challenges of this new world.
Throughout the week of October 19-22, we’ll host 50+ sessions designed to help you communicate your brand purpose, deliver on rising customer expectations, and tackle an ever-changing environment.

Baratunde Thurston is an Emmy-nominated host who has worked for The Onion, produced for The Daily Show, advised the Obama White House, and wrote the New York Times bestseller How To Be Black. He’s the executive producer and host of two podcasts: How To Citizen with Baratunde and We’re Having A Moment which CNET called “the most important podcast of 2020.” He’s also the creator / host of the weekly pandemic show, Live On Lockdown. In 2019, he delivered what MSNBC’s Brian Williams called “one of the greatest TED talks of all time”. Right now, the writer, activist and comedian is using his powerful voice to help people understand this revolutionary moment with his unique blend of insight, humor, and empathy. Jade spent the first few years of her career performing as a classical concert pianist. Following an artistic epiphany, she pivoted from playing the piano to impress audiences, to using the piano as the vehicle by which to provide the inspiration, information and entertainment that profoundly moves them instead. The results have been, well darn impressive.
No stranger to pushing boundaries to see bold results, this concert pianist turned world changer is brought in by the likes of corporations like Mass Mutual, Royal Bank of Canada, DOW, Raytheon, the Hershey Company, Genentech, Valic, Pfizer and Nationwide to redefine purpose, inspire seismic shifts in mindset and activate audiences to go out and instantly start living more consequential lives of impact. Tom is the founder of Marketoonist, a marketing agency focused on the unique medium of cartoons. Since 2010, they’ve developed marketing and internal communication campaigns for businesses such as Google, IBM, LinkedIn, and Kronos. Tom draws (literally and figuratively) from 20 years in the marketing trenches in the US and Europe. He was Interim Chief Marketing Officer at HotelTonight, Marketing Vice President at Method Products, and worked in brand management for Nestle and General Mills. Tom developed web sites for interactive agency iXL and started his marketing career selling advertising for the first English-language magazine in Prague. Learn more about Tom Fishburne.
Vivek co-founded Movable Ink in 2010 and has led the company through rapid growth to a leading market position with 275+ employees serving 700 of the most innovative consumer brands. Through his leadership, Movable Ink is helping digital marketers embrace a visual world with intelligent creative that adapts at the moment of engagement.
Prior to co-founding Movable Ink, Vivek headed Eastern North America and EMEA sales for Engine Yard. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles at Blue Martini and Cisco Systems.
