Jetstar wanted to change that by transforming those functional notifications into inspiring and exciting experiences for their customers and make it easy for them to plan the details of their upcoming trip.

Using Movable Ink and Oracle Responsys, they created an email campaign that enabled customers to choose their seating options, checked baggage options, and provided helpful tips for things to do once they reached their destination.

Their strategy was a hit: their Inspire email was a 2017 Markie Award Winner for Best Email Marketing Campaign. Oh, and it drove CTOR up by 30%.
