Michael is the engineer behind the biggest innovation in email marketing today. One of the most respected hackers in the start-up scene, Michael oversees product strategy, development, and implementation as Movable Ink's CTO.
Prior to co-founding Movable Ink, Michael held senior software development positions at Gilt Groupe and Limewire, managing complex technology projects of massive scale. Michael graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and remains an active contributor to Open Source and Ruby on Rails community projects.
Managing Partner at Contour Venture Partners
Matt is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Contour Venture Partners and is focused on investments in early stage financial services and SaaS/tech enabled companies. Matt was previously part of the launch team at Promontory Interfinancial Network, a FinTech startup, and before that worked at Red Hat.
Earlier in his career he was at Morgan Stanley within its financial services focused venture capital fund and was a turnaround consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Matt is the founder of a nonprofit organization, StreetWise Partners, and has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, John is focused on making the Movable Ink financial engine hum with timely, insightful analysis and strategic vision. With extensive experience in both large corporations and high growth start-ups, he has a steady hand on financial analysis, strategic planning, accounting, legal and operations.
Prior to joining Movable Ink, John was Chief Financial Officer of Yodle Inc. where he led the successful $342 million sale to Web.com. Prior to Yodle, he held financial leadership roles at American Express and BMW. John graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds an MBA in Finance from NYU.
Former President of Shutterstock
Thilo has been involved in technology ventures for over 25 years, most recently as President and COO of Shutterstock (NYSE: SSTK), a global marketplace for licensing creative assets to businesses worldwide. Under Thilo’s leadership, Shutterstock grew to over $300M in revenue and expanded into new areas, including video, music, and premium imagery. Shutterstock completed a successful IPO in October 2012.
Previously, Thilo focused on Consumer and Technology strategy at The Boston Consulting Group, including the launch Sotheby’s online auction business in 1999. In 2000, Thilo co-founded and was President & COO of WeightWatchers.com, which became the global leader in online weight loss. He then served as COO of Weight Watchers International through 2008.
As General Counsel, Michelle advises Movable Ink's leadership team on a variety of legal and business issues and oversees the legal function, including commercial, corporate, product and privacy matters.
Most recently Michelle was Associate General Counsel of Yodle, where she played a critical role in the sale of Yodle to Web.com, in addition to handling other corporate and commercial affairs. She started her legal career as a corporate associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart before assuming in-house legal positions at TruFund Financial and Lawyers Alliance for New York.
Senior Vice President Client Experience
Heading up the Client Experience Team, Tarik is responsible for ensuring that all clients and partners receive the highest levels of value and service from their relationship with Movable Ink. As Movable Ink continues to rapidly scale, Tarik is squarely focused on maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering industry-leading service and strategy.
Tarik brings extensive digital marketing experience to Movable Ink. Over the last two decades, Tarik has served clients in leadership roles at digital marketing companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s, including Yesmail, Shoutlet (now part of Spredfast), Ematic Solutions, and Selligent. He graduated with a BS in Conservation Resource Studies along with a minor in Business Administration, from UC Berkeley.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Vivek co-founded Movable Ink in 2010 and has led the company through rapid growth to a leading market position with 300+ employees serving more than 700 of the most innovative brands. Through his leadership, Movable Ink is empowering omnichannel digital marketers to generate creative that is data-activated and contextually relevant at the time of engagement.
Prior to co-founding Movable Ink, Vivek headed Eastern North America and EMEA sales for Engine Yard. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles at Blue Martini and Cisco Systems.
Vivek graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

For over 15 years, Adam has worked with the world's leading brands to understand their goals and drive results-focused digital marketing programs. Adam's organization is focused on ensuring every client succeeds -- by solving challenges, building deep trust, and delivering sustainable results. As CRO, Adam is responsible for worldwide sales, partnerships, and our industry-leading Client Experience team.
Prior to joining Movable Ink, Adam was vice president of client services at Yesmail Interactive. Adam graduated with a BS in Marketing and International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
Vice President of Growth Marketing
Jessica Vogol is an experienced marketing professional with a demonstrated history of success at large and small SaaS businesses. As Vice President of Growth Marketing, Jessica's mission is to drive brand engagement and next-level experiences for Movable Ink's 700+ global customers. She leads the team responsible for all global revenue-generating marketing activities, including demand generation, ABM, client, partner, and events marketing. During her tenure, she developed and launched the Think Summit, as well as two roadshow programs, the Experience Transformation Tour and the X Series.
Prior to joining Movable Ink in early 2015, Jessica held a number of marketing roles at Unmetric, SecondMarket, and S&P Capital IQ. Jessica holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

Katy brings more than 15 years experience leading people functions for progressive and fast paced organizations. She has a strong track record of developing programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Katy is passionate about creating an innovative and inclusive environment where employees can do their best work - and have fun while doing it!
Prior to joining Movable Ink, Katy spent 6 years at Dentsu Aegis Network and most recently held the position of Chief People Officer, DAN Media US.
Vice President - EMEA
Stuart leads Movable Ink’s EMEA Sales, Client Experience, and Partnership teams and is responsible for driving growth across the region. Passionate about helping brands delight their customers, Stuart is focused on uncovering opportunities for digital marketers to transform data into personalized visual experiences that drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
An industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience in marketing technology, Stuart has a successful track record of building and leading commercial teams in Europe and Asia for some of the world's fastest-moving SaaS companies. Stuart’s extensive experience in email, marketing automation, content, and personalization includes leadership roles at early-stage martech companies Emarsys and Ceros.
Senior Vice President, Global Sales
Jeremy loves working with email marketers to solve the personalization and automation challenges they face using Movable Ink’s unique combination of technology and services. As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Jeremy is laser-focused on generating additional ROI from email marketing programs.
Prior to Movable Ink, Jeremy led Business Development for Wrapp, a unique platform designed for social & mobile customer acquisition and retention marketing, and served as the VP of Sales for CleanEdison, the largest provider of sustainability education in the United States. Jeremy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, and earned his MBA in Entrepreneurship and International Business Strategy as Valedictorian from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.
Senior Vice President Engineering
Lee is a veteran engineer with broad experience and a track record of success in leading and mentoring agile software development teams. As VP of Engineering for Movable Ink, he oversees all development efforts in building product and business solutions.
Prior to joining Movable Ink, Lee was Managing Director of Weplay East, an online youth sports community. Before Weplay, Lee worked as a Senior Engineer at Oxygen Media and Chyron Corporation. Lee graduated as a double-major in Math and Computer Science at The State University of New York at Stonybrook.
Senior Vice President of Product
With a background in technology, marketing, and client services, Lalit is passionate about helping cutting edge marketers engage their customers in unique ways. Lalit’s organization is responsible for delivering a total solution to Movable Ink clients. As SVP of Product, he supports a team of experts across Business Development, New Ventures, Product Design, Product Management, and Product Marketing.
Prior to joining Movable Ink, Lalit worked across multiple areas at Citigroup including loyalty, business development, and operations. Lalit graduated with a BS in Finance and Information Systems from Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business, and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Vice President of Artificial Intelligence
Ash Malaviya is responsible for the Artificial Intelligence solutions for Movable Ink Platform's visual language of creative expressions. He has extensive experience of creating software applications using Deep Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition and Statistical Modeling. He is passionate about Movable Ink's terabytes of contextual data for Machine Learning.
Prior to joining Movable Ink, Ash was the co-founder of several startups and held senior AI and Engineering leadership positions at SmartZip Analytics and Yatra Corporation. Before co-founding these startups, he was a research scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany. Ash holds a Master's and Ph.D from the Technical University of Berlin and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Roorkee.
Senior Vice President of Client Strategy
As SVP of Strategy, Alison Lindland leads a team of vertical practice leaders who deliver technical solutions to solve our clients’ most critical business challenges with Movable Ink software. She also leads Corporate Communications. Alison is proud to be the founder of Movable Pink, the women's employee network.
Prior to Movable Ink she worked in Business Development at American Express OPEN, developing ways to help SMBs market their companies online through programs like "Small Business Saturday" with partners like Facebook. At Amex she also led product management and marketing for the first iPhone App and contributed to mobile strategy projects throughout the global organization. Prior to business school she began her career in tech at OgilvyInteractive and TheaterMania.com / OvationTix.
She is a graduate of Vassar College and Columbia Business School.
Senior Director of New Ventures
As the Senior Director for New Ventures at Movable Ink, Deen is responsible for defining, directing, and launching new product and market initiatives. Serving as global head of Movable Ink’s Innovation labs, he oversees several cross-functional teams consisting of product, sales, marketing, engineering, business development, client experience, legal, and finance.
Prior to Movable Ink, Deen leveraged AI to modernize the workplace for the end-user at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the creation of Microsoft Search. Prior to his work with Search, he owned the product strategy for enterprise browsing, defined the modern enterprise diagnostic story, and developed a way to increase the stability, security, and reliability of drivers in Windows while reducing time to market.
Deen has a passion for building great customer-centric solutions that solve problems while delivering both customer and company value.
Executive Creative Director
As Executive Creative Director, Lindie facilitates the formulation and implementation of brand strategy on an organizational and operational level. As the global head of the Movable Ink brand, she leads several cross-functional initiatives across the marketing, product, design, sales, strategy, and operations teams. As Chair of the Design Guild, her focus is bridging brand and product design with the aim of delivering a cohesive experience across the customer journey.
Beyond her role, Lindie is a mentor to a diverse group of women in the creative and technology industry and advocate for early-career professional development in support of LGBTQA+ individuals and minorities in the industry. As a founding member of the Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she actively works to embrace diversity across all functions of the organization including hiring practices and training with the mission of fostering a culture of inclusivity.
Prior to Movable Ink, she has held senior positions directing some of the world’s leading brands, including Nike, Coca-Cola, Nokia, and the FIFA World Cup. Her work spans across multiple industries, from start-ups to enterprise brands in Africa, North America, East Asia, and EMEA.
