Local Maps

It's always been difficult to show local maps with nearby points-of-interest within your emails. You have to collect location information from your recipients and send local content in a subsequent email. You need to fiddle with mapping APIs, geocoding, and lots of geo-plumbing. If you're not the sender of the email then this is an intractable problem.
Want to make maps as easy-to-use as they are on the web? Simply create a Local Map and upload your points-of-interest. Drop the Local Map into your email and you're done.
When your emails are opened your recipients will see a map centered on their current location with the points-of-interest closest to them. You can even display custom markers.
